Worship and praise are visible expressions of our thanksgiving to God for the immense love that He has shown us in Jesus Christ. Since corporate worship is the central act of the Christian community, worship is not a passive experience.
Through worship, we celebrate God’s faithfulness to us and have the freedom to be joyful, expressive, and demonstrative. We express love, sensitivity, and submissiveness to the Lord as well as to our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our prayerful desire is that by the grace of God, the Holy Spirit would manifest His presence among us. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.
Sunday Service Starts at 10:30am
Scripture tells us, if any among you is sick…pray for one another so that you may be healed. By teaching and experience, we know that the healing Jesus modeled is still active today.
We believe that God ministers to the whole person: spiritual, emotional, mental and physical, as we gather together to pray for one another. Many people have experienced healing in their lives while participating in the music, prayer, and worship in our Healing Services.
We have a Healing Service the second Sunday of each month at 6:00 pm. The pastor or guest speakers bring encouraging teaching about God’s healing power that is available to us through prayer and the laying on of hands. Charismatic worship anoints each service and words of knowledge, received by healing team members, allow for the power of the Holy Spirit to minister. Holy Communion is also a part of each service. Many people have given testimony, over the years, of receiving healing and being profoundly blessed by the Lord through this ministry.
Healing team members are also available to go to people’s homes or the hospital to minister and to pray. This can be arranged through our church office. We welcome new people to become a part of the healing ministry. Training tapes are available. Please call the church office for further information.
Second Sunday of the month - Service starts at 6:00pm
